Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to report that our Calgary Office has re-opened with a small number of team members.
Fortunately, our team member whose family member that was experiencing flu like symptom’s has tested negative for the virus and are doing well.
All our warehouses and office locations are open and shipping. Showrooms continue to be closed until future notice. All warehouses are practicing safe social distancing, and enhanced cleaning/handwashing measures to ensure the highest possible level of safety for ourselves and our customers.
We hope you have not experienced disruptions to our service levels. All our team members are now equipped to work remotely. Please continue to contact your sales representative, our customer service desks, or access your account through Buckwold On Line. We would appreciate any feedback and ideas that you may have for us to improve our service or communications.
We are encouraged that the latest official number of cases seems to be cresting and we are hopeful we may soon see a slow return to a more stable situation. For now, we will continue to be vigilant in maintaining service in a safe and responsible way.
